How can we be accept by new Department of Health and the medical community

I was diagnosed with MS at age 12 which was 55 years ago. Each time we PCS with the military I had to prove once again that I have MS. Now after several surgeries ti correct drop foot syndrome by breaking bone and using metal plates and pins I can finally walk without braces. Great! But it also means I can not have MIRs due to bad reaction with the metal. My kidneys and bladder have stop functioning without subpeubic and bilateral catheters in kidneys. They just lead to sever infections(purple bag syndrome). They also are the cause that all water activities had to stop as well as most exercise methods. My spirit and mental health are still strong but my body is just tired of having to prove everything over and over.
I am a retired Doctor which should create a better form of communication with other dictors but that is not the case. I am fortunate that I am able to create an environment around me that allows me be creative and function. Now that the department of Health states that a person over 65 can not have MS so all treatments must stop. Good thing I am able to treat my symptoms with other means. I just pray that there will be an understanding that yes you can be diagnosed at age 12 and still have MS after 65.
